攻克己身,叫身服我

24 豈不知在場上賽跑的都跑,但得獎賞的只有一人?你們也當這樣跑,好叫你們得著獎賞。 25 凡較力爭勝的,諸事都有節制,他們不過是要得能壞的冠冕;我們卻是要得不能壞的冠冕。 26 所以,我奔跑不像無定向的;我鬥拳不像打空氣的。 27 我是攻克己身,叫身服我,恐怕我傳福音給別人,自己反被棄絕了。 ~哥林多前書第九章
24 Know ye not that they which run in a race run all, but one receiveth the prize? So run, that ye may obtain. 25 And every man that striveth for the mastery is temperate in all things. Now they do it to obtain a corruptible crown; but we an incorruptible. 26 I therefore so run, not as uncertainly; so fight I, not as one that beateth the air: 27 But I keep under my body, and bring it into subjection: lest that by any means, when I have preached to others, I myself should be a castaway.

良好的保健習慣很重要,但屬靈的操練更加重要。我們有沒有培養一種禱告、讀經、柔和待人的習慣,並持之以恆呢?
